LAND FOR SOLAR PROJECTS:
You provide the desired specifications of the
land, we find it, negotiate the lease terms
according to your instructions, and assist you to
sign the lease agreements with the owners in front
of a Notary Public.
|
|
|
|
LAND FOR WIND
TURBINES: Wind projects usually require a
multitude of small plots. Here the developer should
provide geolocations of the targeted plots (EPS can
help). This done, we find the owners and assist you
to secure the land.
|
|
|
|
LAND FOR BESS
PROJECTS (battery storage): BESS projects must
be as close as possible to it's connection point
(usually a substation), preferably directly
adjacent to it. It is important to know the
capacity of the substation and local power grid (if
any) PRIOR to securing the land (EPS can help).
BESS projects occupy a small surface (0.5 to 5 Ha),
most developers prefer to purchase the land rather
than leasing it. EPS can help identify which
substations have capacity, and of curse to secure
the land.
