EPS is a Romanian Limited Liability company under jurisdiction of the Bucharest Trade Register under number J2025039827002, VAT nr. 51912311. Our headquarters are located at Drumul Opalului nr. 1-43 in Sector 1 - Bucharest , 014061 - Romania. Our CEO is Mr. Trandafir, with considerable transaction and markerting experience. Our team has vast experience in transactions of large surfaces of agricultural land, farms and forests. To date (March 2026), EPS has successfully brokered over 6 700 hectares (16556 acres) of forest, and agricultural farms totalling 28,870 hectares (71339 acres) of land. EPS also has extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, providing leasehold & freehold land for greenfield projects and brokering solar and wind projects at differents stages of advancement (greenfield, ATR, or RTB). To date wehave brokered a total of 713 hectares (1761 acres) of land for six Pv & Bess projects and 44 spots for wind turbines.
